In an annual survey of over ten thousand shoppers, Which? asked consumers about their shopping experiences on the high street over the past six months.
Consumers were questioned about products, overall experience, satisfaction and likelihood to recommend the different shops.
Department stores Harvey Nichols and John Lewis were in the top five, while personal care retailer Bodycare was also in the top ten.
