Selecting the right location for your company headquarters is more important than many realise. Get it right and it can help improve staff morale and motivation, but get it wrong and you can suffer high employee turnover and additional costs, not to mention negatively impact consumer perception.

Research from business address provider ava has revealed how important location is for UK companies. More than half of respondents (53%) said that their current work environment was not designed to bring the best out of them, with those under the age of 44 being the least content with their employer’s facilities.
