Indutrade acquires Belgian packaging group Verbeeck

The company has acquired all of Verbeeck's shares effective today

Packaging solution specialist Indutrade has acquired Belgian cosmetics packaging supplier Verbeeck Packaging Group.

Indutrade has acquired all of the shares in Verbeeck, which generated annual sales of €5m. The acquisition follows years of close work between Verbeeck and Indutrade's company Aluglas in the Netherlands.

Verbeeck will become part of Indutrade Benelux in the company's Special Products business area. It is expected the acquisition will have a 'marginally positive' impact on Indutrade's earnings per share.
