The Australian make-up brand has appointed Rogers Reidy as administrator

Australian mineral make-up brand Inika has gone into receivership.

Sydney based accountancy firm Rodgers Reidy has been named administrator of Inika, which is in the meantime continuing to trade. Speaking to Cosmetics Business, Melissa Lau, Director at Rodgers Reidy, said: “We have advertised the business for sale and expect that the new owner will continue to trade in the normal course in the near future. We would expect that customers will continue to benefit from the quality products offered by the business under new management”.

Inika was founded in Australia in 2006 by Miranda Bond, who was inspired to create the natural cosmetics brand after seeing how a natural and organic lifestyle helped her to overcome her battle with endometriosis.
