- From idea to concept: transform trends into relevant concepts for the brand essence
- Product development of long-term and/or fast-lane products within the agreed costs, quality and timing targets
- Inspire and consult the category teams and make sure that all relevant trends and innovations are developed and launched at the right time
- Close collaboration with the teams from Marketing, Innovation and Packaging Development
Your profile:
- Degree in Economics with a Marketing focus
- Several years of relevant work experience in the cosmetics industry
- Very good understanding and instinct for trends and the young essence target group
- Very good conceptional thinking
- Very good communication skills
- Team player
- Very good level of English, German and additional languages are a plus
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
