Inter Parfums sales jump 33.4%

Strong results driven by Lanvin, Jimmy Choo and Montblanc


Inter Parfums has seen its first quarter sales climb by 33.4%. Consolidated sales came to €147.9m, driven by demand for its Lanvin, Jimmy Choo and Montblanc brands, along with strong sales expected sales for Burberry. Excluding Burberry, like-for-like sales for the quarter came to €64.8m – up 14.6% on the prior-year quarter.

During the period, Lanvin fragrance sales climbed 17% to €18.4m, while Jimmy Choo’s new Flash fragrance got the year off to a solid start, taking the brand’s sales up 49% to €17.6m. Finally, the Montblanc Legend line contributed to the positive growth of Montblanc fragrances which achieved overall sales of €15.3m – up 39% for the quarter.

Looking ahead to the rest of the year, Inter Parfums forecasts its revenue to exceed €300m.
