The L'Oréal-owned premium hair care brand is offering travellers personalised hair product recommendations
Kérastase Paris, the premium professional hair care brand owned by L’Oréal, has opened a new store in Lisbon International Airport.
The travel retail location places emphasis on interactivity and engagement. At the Lisbon store, customers are given the opportunity to have hair and scalp diagnostics carried out by a team of professional hairdressers.
The Hair & Scalp Profiler service offers men and women access to a personalised hair care analysis followed by product recommendations.
According to Kérastase, the service has led to over 70% customer conversion at several counters where the service is already offered.
In a release, the brand noted: “Given the almost inexistent hair care category in travel retail, Kérastase is bringing one of the world’s largest beauty categories, fully incremental sales and praised services to travellers and to the circuit.”
Kérastase is available in travel retail in numerous global regions including Mexico (pictured), Sao Paulo, Iguazu, Hong Kong, Copenhagen and Rio de Janeiro.
