Key Account Manager – London - £40-50,000

A seasoned salesperson with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience within the Cosmetics or Beauty industry, selling finished goods into retailers

You are a seasoned salesperson with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience within the Cosmetics or Beauty industry, selling finished goods into retailers. Ideally you will have managed both National and International accounts, dealing directly with retailers as well as managing distributors overseas.

This role entails representing multiple mass market brands, with a UK account portfolio that includes grocers, beauty retailers, and discount stores. Due to expansion internationally, knowledge of the US, South African, and European markets would be beneficial.

Reporting directly into the CEO, the Key Account Manager will have P&L responsibility and will work in conjunction with the Sales Consultants and Account Managers. Additionally this role will interact significantly with the Marketing and NPD team to ensure exceptional product knowledge across the brands.

Fantastic commercial acumen is essential, with expertise in costing, price negotiation, trade spend and brand activation. There will be the requirement to travel both nationally and internationally in this role though you will be expected to be in the London office at least 3 days per week.
