LG snaps up Japan’s Everlife

LG Household and Health Care has bought Japanese direct marketing company Everlife for $285m. The vendor was CLSA Japan, a private equity member of the French Credit Agricole Group who bought the company in 2008.

Everlife is Japan’s third largest direct marketing company in the health care-cum-cosmetics (“Inner Beauty”) sector. The company achieved sales of South Korean Won KRW308.3bn and a net profit of KRW20.8bn in 2012.
