L'Oréal Paris has announced its first ever International "e-Spokesperson" – blogger and Instagram 'It Girl' Kristina Bazan.

The 21-year-old fashion blogger is better known as @Kayture and has millions of followers on various social networking sites including Instagram and Twitter. She will now be tasked with co-creating exclusive online content with L'Oréal Paris and will report from brand make-up events.

Cyril Chapuy, Brand Global President for L'Oréal Paris, explained the appointment: "Kristina embodies perfectly L'Oréal Paris' connected woman. As a real make-up addict, she shows us that any woman can create bold and sophisticated make-up looks, and feel good about herself. She designs her own beauty and has this incredible ability to openly share and inspire women all around the world. That's the type of message L'Oréal Paris always stands for, this is why we are more than happy to welcome Kristina as our first e-spokesperson to the L'Oréal Paris family. She's just #worthit!"

Bazan added: “I feel truly blessed and honoured to become the first e-spokesperson and join the unbelievable L'Oréal Paris family. It will enable me to keep striving to empower women and men, and hopefully inspire people to always believe and fight for their dreams, no matter what. We can all become a better version of ourselves if we keep pushing each other further, if we always remind ourselves that nothing is impossible. Life is full of amazing opportunities that simply wait to be unlocked. My wish is to use this new voice, this new amazing role as a spokesperson to spread a positive message about beauty and make all women around the world feel and know that they are all worth it.”

Bazan started the Kayture blog in 2011, becoming one of the most influential fashion bloggers within a year, regularly sharing her 'outfit of the day' and beauty tip posts. Bazan joins Karlie Kloss, Naomi Watts and Blake Lively on L'Oréal's team of spokespeople.
