Appoints mymarketmonitor.com-online to support social media communications


L’Oréal is intensifying its interaction with customers via digital media, a strategy reflected by the appointment of mymarketmonitor.com-online to help manage the group’s approach to online activity in the UK. Under the contract, mymarketmonitor.com-online will provide L’Oréal with instant, real time access to all digital channels across all L’Oréal’s UK brands allowing the company to monitor, evaluate and analyse the influence of social media.
