Shiseido has debuted a new TV advert, staring pop singer Lady Gaga and sharing the message: "Be yourself".
Filmed at the star's New York residence, the clip will be shown on Japanese TV from today onwards. It shows the singer transform from her make-up free appearance at the start, into several stage-ready looks, switching wigs and outfits several times throughout the ad. Gaga's pet dog, Miss Asia Kinney, also appears in the 30 second clip.
The singer can be heard speaking over the soundtrack, ending the clip by saying: "Be yourself – that's what makes you beautiful."
Gaga was announced as the celebrity spokesperson for the brand at the start of 2015 and previously took more than 50 pictures of herself wearing Shiseido cosmetics in different looks. This new clip is the first commercial Shiseido has created with the singer.
