Lancôme has launched its new Miracle Cushion make-up product (£29.50).
The liquid cushion compact follows in the steps of the South Korean beauty trend for cushion compacts, which have made their way into Western markets over the past few months. The compact has the appearance of a powder or foundation compact, however inside is a cushion that the user can press with their fingertips or the included pad in order to release product to apply to their face. As well as providing coverage, Miracle Cushion protects the skin from UV damage, while leaving skin hydrated.
The cushion format comprises thousands of little air holes that are said to optimise the formula's absorption into the sponge. It also has some large chambers that are designed to contain a certain amount of fluid to release the optimum amount of product for each application.
The Miracle Cushion is available in six shades and launches in February.
