Description:

A rich, cleansing and exfoliating cream with Lipo VI 60/100 for subtle exfoliation leaves the skin soft and smooth. This cleanser provides soft foam and leaves skin feeling refreshed but not dry with the addition of Jojoba Buttercreme.

Procedure:

1. In main kettle, pre-mix the Carbomer 980 into the Liponic EG-1 then add to Sequence 1 and mix for 5 min. at room temperature.
2. Heat Sequence 1 to 70-75°C, slowly add Sequence 2, one ingredient at a time, until well incorporated.
3. In a separate vessel, combine Sequence 3, heat to 70°C, add to above, mix until uniform, smooth emulsion is formed, scraping sides often.
4. Start cooling batch with slow mixing.
5. Continue cooling to 35°C. Adjust pH if necessary.
6. Add Sequence 4, mix until uniform.

Viscosity: RVT/TF @ .3 rpm = 900,000 cps ± 1%
Stability: 1 month 50°C
