PROCEDURE:

1. In main kettle, combine water and Veegum HV under propeller mixing, heat to 75-80°C, mix at temperature for 30 minutes.
2. Slowly add remaining Sequence #1 ingredients to main vessel with medium speed propeller mixing.
3. Slowly add Sequence #2 ingredients to main vessel with medium speed propeller mixing.
4. Pass combined Sequence #1 and #2 through colloid mill and recirculate until pigments are evenly dispersed.
5. Transfer the bulk to main kettle. Mix slowly under propeller mixing and heat to 80-85°C.
6. In auxiliary kettle, combine Sequence #3 ingredients under propeller mixing and heat to 75-80°C.
7. At 75-80°C add combined Sequence #3 ingredients to batch with propeller mixing, maintaining temperature until emulsion is complete. Begin cooling to 45°C.
8. When batch reaches 45°C add Sequence #4 to main vessel, combine with homogeniser mixing until evenly dispersed.
9. Switch to propeller mixing, add Sequence #5, continue cooling to 35°C. Pour the batch into a suitable container.

Stability: 1 month 50°C
