Beauty etailers Lookfantastic and Beauty Expert offer the most personalised experience for consumers out of ten leading websites, according to research by Leapfrogg.
The retail marketing agency conducted research into how beauty etailers are using personalisation in their communications and content strategies today and to what effect.
The findings showed that Lookfantastic and Beauty Expert are leaders when it comes to personalisation online. Rosie Freshwater, MD of Leapfrogg, told Cosmetics Business: “Both websites are owned by The Hut Group, which is renowned for its data-driven approach to e-commerce.”. . .
