Lumson creates new business group with PMP acquisition 25-Oct-2011

Packaging company Lumson has announced the acquisition of PMP Ltd, an Italian packaging company specialising in the production and decoration of plastic bottles. The company has a production capability of 100m units a year and the acquisition will enlarge Lumson’s standard products production capabilities.

The purchase has also prompted Lumson to create the Lumson Packaging Industries Group, which will offer a complete range of packaging products designed, developed, manufactured and decorated at its Italian production sites in Crema and Venice.
