The fragrance association, IFRA UK, is organizing a half day fragrance seminar as well as exhibiting at this year's Making Cosmetics www.making-cosmetics.com The exhibition is a two day event taking place in Coventry on 24-25th March 2015. The fragrance seminar is on the afternoon of 25th March and is free to attend.

The International Fragrance Association UK (IFRA UK) is a trade organisation that exists to represent its members and promote the safe creation, development and enjoyment of fragrance. The Association is part of the global federation, IFRA, which works to ensure consistent standards worldwide.

The Fragrance Factor seminar will comprise four sessions, all chaired by IFRA UK director, Lisa Hipgrave (pictured). The timetable is as follows:

1400 -1420 hours
• Mr. Tony Dallimore, Phoenix Fragrances and past Chairman of IFRA United Kingdom:
"Fragrance in cosmetics - the challenges to creativity".

1420-1440 hours
• Ms Penny Williams Creative Perfumer, Fragrance Advisor & Trainer at Orchadia Solutions Ltd and Vice Chairman of the IFRA Technical Advisory Committee: "Introducing… your great sense of smell - A fragrance workshop" - an interactive, educational session considering how we interpret different scents.

1500-1520 hours
• Ms Ange Stavrevksa, Creative Director/Perfumer at CPL Aromas: "Evaluation and interpreting the creative brief"

1520-1540 hours
• Ms Anne Connet, Regulatory Manager of CPL Aromas: “Regulatory update”

IFRA UK's aim in exhibiting at Making Cosmetics is to improve understanding amongst buyers, retailers and manufacturers of the importance of using fragrances created by a member of IFRA UK to ensure compliance, safety and standards.
