In association with local partner, the Al-Futtaim Group, UK department store Marks & Spencer has launched a new online shopping portal to cater to the Middle Eastern market, the chain’s eleventh dedicated local website. The new website marksandspencerme.com allows shoppers in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates to shop brands previously restricted to the chain’s brick and mortar locations in major cities.

The website offers over 6,000 fashion, beauty and home products, English and Arabic language menus, Click & Collect in-store reservation and shipping options that range from same day to two to five working days. As a Dubai exclusive, the site has launched a concierge service with a courier delivering products and standing by that so the customer can immediately return unwanted items.
