Steger will head up Eurofragance’s operations in Asia, a key growth region for the future of the company.
Markus Steger has joined Eurofragance as General Manager Asia. In his new position, Steger will lead the fragrance company's team in the region, based mainly in Singapore, and the operations in the Asian market, a key region in Eurofragance growth plans.
Steger brings to Eurofragance more than 25 years of experience managing international companies. He has worked in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Japan, China and Singapore and has extensive knowledge of the Asian market.
According to Santiago Sabatés, CEO of Eurofragance: “Markus will help to accelerate our operations in Asia. This is a market where Eurofragance has been performing since many years. We have been making special investments in this area for the last two, and we are planning to invest there further resources in the future”.
Steger was previously Asian Pacific Regional President for Symrise Scent and Care Division. Before this he worked at Firmenich for more than 17 years in sales positions, developing new markets and products and managing global projects for a wide range of customers and segments.
