Pure Beauty talks to Samantha Nesbitt, Buyer at de Gruchy department store, Jersey, about the business of beauty buying.

How did you become a beauty buyer?

I have always been interested in buying and retail. I completed a Consumer Studies degree and while I was working in a buying role, I completed a MCIPS through the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply. I started my current role four years ago.
