Sarah Edwards, Cosmetics Senior Operations Manager at Debenhams, talks to Pure Beauty about her role and what she's most excited about bringing to consumers in the near future.
How did you become the Cosmetics Senior Operations Manager?
I started my career with C&A as a Merchandiser, which gave me a good grounding in stock management and how to work front of house. I joined Debenhams 25 years ago as a Personnel Manager and after ten years, I found I had an interest in cosmetics. A role became available in head office to manage the staffing budget and I took it. Since then, my position has evolved into what’s become an operations role.
