Merumaya takes leap from skin care into nutraceuticals market

Published: 8-Nov-2013

British skin care brand Merumaya has extended into nutraceuticals with the launch of Skin Brilliance Supplements. They contain a RevitElix Nutra Complex (Echium oil) which is said to be rich in stearidonic acid and vitamin C.

According to the brand, the supplements are the first clinically tested oral and topical combination of Echium oil and antioxidants on the market. Regular use is said to significantly help restore dermal tissue, increase skin elasticity and firmness. It launches online via the Merumaya website on 29 November, as well as into selected department stores, including John Lewis and Debenhams, from January 2014.

A pack, which includes a 45 day supply, will cost £34.50.
