Swiss supermarket chain Migros has withdrawn a makeup box set aimed at young girls after a banned colour was found in two of the lipstick shades.

The Gentle Girls box set (item number 7446.587.00000) by make-up brand Five Stars HK of Hong Kong had been available in Swiss branches of the supermarket since October last year, where it cost 8.90 Swiss francs. The non-authorised colour - CI 45170 Rhodamine B, which is prohibited in the US and EU as a suspected carcinogen – was found in the Glitter Lipgloss colours in pink and violet.
