OneView Commerce has been selected to deliver its Digital Store Platform service for the Kao-owned brand
Molton Brown has selected OneView Commerce, a digital transformation company for retailers, to implement its Digital Store Platform technology.
The cloud-based hosted service allows in-store associates to access an omnichannel view of customers, orders, inventory, product information and reviews on different mobile devices, untethering them from the traditional cash register set-up.
The Digital Store Platform is said to help boost sales, increase transaction size and provide a superior customer experience that will foster loyalty.
As part of the agreement, the service will also include application management and IT infrastructure support for the brand in the UK, US, Japan, Ireland, Germany and Jersey.
