This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Cosmetics company who own a number of well-known brand licenses across both the mass and luxury markets. You are a hard-working, tenacious NPD Project Manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes pressurised environment where there is always something to be done. You are an ambitious individual with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Cosmetics or Fragrance. With a strong background in Packaging, you will be knowledgeable about all forms of packaging including plastic, glass, paper, etc. Ideally you will have at least a high-level knowledge of cosmetic formulation, including surfactants, raw materials, preservatives, etc.
You will be extremely organised with fantastic project management skills, managing both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of projects. You will be responsible for the entire NPD process for packaging, working closely with the Brand Managers and Buyers to ensure that product requirements are met.
Sourcing suppliers and printers will be a major part of this role so it is essential that you are confident to research, contact and negotiate with various packaging suppliers and print companies.
Leadership experience would be advantageous as this role has 2 direct reports.
