Naturex acquires Burgundy Botanical Extracts

Strengthens nutraceutical and personal care offering


Naturex has acquired French plant extracts supplier Burgundy Botanical Extracts in order to strengthen its industrial base and capacities to meet customer needs. Burgundy has approximately 60 employees across two production sites in Reyssouze, France and Palafolls, Spain and flagship products include grape seed and cranberry extracts.

Naturex says Burgundy’s products will benefit from its industrial and technological expertise, as well as its global sourcing capacity and commercial network.
