Neutrogena has launched its first global campaign. The new online campaign encourages women to “see what’s possible” in a series of clips narrated by Brand Ambassador and Creative Consultant, Kerry Washington.

The clips shows women following their dreams and encourages consumers to follow in their footsteps.

The ad will be shown in more than 27 countries worldwide in the brand’s biggest ever digital campaign. Other Brand Ambassadors, including Jennifer Garner and Julie Bowen will share amplify the message with their own words. In the first clip, Bowen shares her advice for young women looking to follow their dreams and shares her own story of defying expectations to make her dreams come true.

Alicia Sontag, President of Beauty Care at Johnson & Johnson, explained: “Neutrogena started as a dream, and through scientific discovery, creative thinking and the resilience to defy expectations without any compromises, a brand was born. We support women around the world and are proud to help them put their best face forward as they pursue their own dreams – big or small.”

Consumers can view the clips on YouTube as well as on the Neutrogena website. They are also encouraged to join the conversation by sharing their own personal stories and words of encouragement to empower other women across social media using the hashtag #SeeWhatsPossible.

Alongside the digital campaign, Neutrogena has also partnered with Girls Inc which works with young females in the US and Canada. It offers mentoring and support to help girls set goals, overcome obstacles and improve their academic performance. Girls Inc also works with policymakers to advocate for legislation and open up new opportunities.
