The French perfumery chain is offering another new mobile service to customers named “La Commande Express”

Soon after the roll-out of its “Colour Test” and “Clic Rendez-vous services”, which enabled clients to try on virtual nail colours and book beauty appointments out of hours, French perfumery chain Nocibé is offering another new service to customers: “La Commande Express”.

The new service enables customers who can’t find what they want in a particular store to order a product and have it delivered to them. Customers can choose between delivery to a store of their choice, their own address or to another address, all of which are free of charge. The offer applies to purchases over €30 and delivery takes place within 48 hours.

The retailer tested out the concept for several months in six of its outlets before making it available across the whole of its network of 455 stores across France following a positive response from customers.

The four big perfumery chains are currently battling it out in France – Sephora, Nocibé, Marionnaud and Beauty Success. Service, as well as exclusivity of product ranges and perfume launches, are all important ways of helping each gain a competitive edge. Marionnaud is aiming to launch a similar service to Nocibé in September, called “Click & Collect”.
