OEKA TECH appoints Gerald Oehlhorn as CEO

As part of the acquisition of OEKA Oehlhorn GmbH & Co KG i.I. (OEKA), based in Bamberg, by the GEKA Group (GEKA), the OEKA TECH activities were transferred to the new company OEKA Tech Automotive GmbH (OEKA TECH).

Gerald Oehlhorn, former CEO and owner of OEKA, has been appointed CEO of OEKA TECH and will effectively take over the position on July 13, 2015. Benefitting from his wide-range and profound knowledge of the OEKA organisation and TECH business activities Mr Oehlhorn will drive the future strategic and operational development of OEKA TECH together with the whole team.

Nikolaus Michelsen, CFO of GEKA, will remain as second Managing Director of OE-KA TECH to represent the shareholders.
