PZ Cussons sees growing Q3 profits despite Nigerian domestic unrest

The company\'s Q3 update showed sales growth, although currency fluctuations provided some concern


Despite clear Nigerian worries, PZ Cussons, the Manchester based manufacturer of personal care products and consumer goods, has issued a clean-smelling third quarter update. For the trading period 22 January to 9 April, the UK washing and bathing division saw robust sales growth from its three biggest brands Imperial Leather, Carex and Original Source. However, currency gusts from Asia were a concern, as was a weaker Australian dollar.
