Puig and M3 acquire Laboratoires Dermatologiques 29-Jun-2011

The holding company of the Spanish cosmetics and perfumes group Puig and the investment group M3 have joined forces to acquire the French enterprise Laboratoires Dermatologiques based in Uriage. The price paid for the acquisition has not been disclosed. The French company posted sales last year of about €70 million. Its products are based on the thermal waters at Uriage over which it has exclusive rights.
