Packaging heavyweights Quadpack Industries and Collcap Group have merged to form one combined group called Quadpack Industries.
The two rival companies provide packaging solutions for the cosmetics industry and both have a presence internationally.
As a result of the merger, Quadpack Industries now has offices located in the UK, Spain, Hong Kong, France, Germany, Australia, Italy and the US.

The office Collcap operated in Leek, Staffordshire, has been designated as the group's UK operations hub.
Meanwhile Quadpack's office in Barcelona, Spain, will become the merged company's new global headquarters.
Quadpack's CEO Tim Eaves said the two companies share coinciding values, and processes as well as a common mentality and structure.
"We have a shared vision for the future. We’re a hand in glove fit," he said.
The group is on track to prepare for an IPO slated to materialise in the next two years.
Collcap's Founder John McDermott, who has been named a Quadpack Industries board member, said: "Both Collcap and Quadpack are healthy, thriving companies which, together, boast increased market share, resources and purchasing power and, by consequence, competitive edge.
