We are looking for a personable, creative and goal driven recruitment consultant to join our lovely team in Covent Garden.
You must have experience in a customer service or consultative sales role, ideally professional recruitment. You might also be currently working in or have previous experience of the cosmetic, science, pharmaceutical, FMCG, fashion, beauty and personal care industry, within retail, recruitment, sales, marketing or a buying position.
You must have a passion for product, be naturally curious and love networking.
As well as recruitment and sales you will help with building the company brand and marketing the business on all social media platforms as well as in person at UK and global industry events, conferences and exhibitions.
You will be expected to undertake networking and head hunting to search out the top talent, telephone and face to face interviews, matching to jobs and managing the whole recruitment process for the candidate.
You will also assist with business development, client liaison, taking on assignments, selecting shortlists and managing the whole recruitment process for the client.
