The Challenge
- Translate and implement the Global Sun and Vitamins Marketing strategy into a regional marketing strategy
- Lead the implementation of global launch strategies for product and commercial innovations in the region and being close to customers
- Lead the development of marketing concepts for regional/local accounts in line with overall global marketing strategy and priorities
- Collaborate and coordinate projects with the application lab
- Provide strong technical support on sun care and vitamins to regional Sales force/Global Marketing
- Master and champion regional customer and consumer understanding and identify untapped consumer/customer needs. Feeding of insights into the global organisation
- Lead the development of trend reviews and develop relevant trend presentation and customer concepts in alignment with global marketing
- Execute regularly competitor reviews with stakeholders
- Develop and lead customer presentations and answer marketing specific questions in customer requests
- Execute regional/local events based on regional calendar
- Lead the regional marketing communications approach incl. customer events, PR/Media Plan
Your Profile
- Master in (Cosmetic) Science with business experience or equivalent experience in Life Science or FMCG background preferred
- 5-7 years working experience in B2B business, Cosmetics or Cosmetics Ingredients industry
- Fluent in English, any additional European language an asset
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and oral communication
- Superior knowledge of the beauty industry
- Strong expertise across all 4 Marketing Ps: Product, Price, Promotion, Place
- Strong technical expertise
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing regional marketing strategies and executing product/commercial launch plans in a region
