Job description
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
- Strategic networking within the existing and new client database.
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers through managing and maintaining their full requirements.
- New business acquisition across the territory and abroad, mainly in Europe.
- Contributing to marketing activity.
- Working closely with the Directors and senior personnel to ensure that all customer requirements are understood, met and maintained.
Successful candidate
- Graduate from Bachelor in Science is preferred. MBA or similar education would be positive evaluated.
- Fluent in both English and French is a must.
- At least 5 - 10 years of work experience in similar positions in Cosmetic or Dermatological companies.
- Exceptional organisation, interpretation and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills and a bias for over-communication with a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to build strong relationships and work cross functionally.
- Insightful, strategic and analytic thinker.
- Willing and able to travel as required (20-30 % working time).
