Responsible for delivering the budget and managing the new working capital and operating profit for our premium beauty brand

You are an experienced Sales Manager or Sales Director in a successful beauty company.

You will be responsible for delivering the budget and managing the new working capital and operating profit for our premium beauty brand.

You must have experience of direct, head office presentation and negotiation with Sephora and Ulta, as well as working with QVC, distributors and agents.

You will implement sales and marketing plans, promotional and in store activity, working alongside our Retail Sales Manager.

You must be numerate and able to crunch the numbers, evaluate sales analysis and adjust strategy to meet changing markets and competitive conditions, reduce slow moving stocks and ensure stock availability.

It is essential that you are passionate about product, skin care and beauty.
