Sally Hansen invests in gel manicure system

Sally Hansen has launched what it claims is the first salon-quality manicure system that combines pure nail colour with high-techno gel.

Miracle Gel is a part-lacquer, part-gel manicure system, which is said to deliver up to 14 days of lasting colour and shine in just two steps – and no UV or LED lights are required. After two coats of Miracle Gel Color Coat, a coat of Miracle Gel Top Coat should be applied.

The Miracle Gel system is based on Tube Technology, which allows for a higher level of actives and continuous care ingredients to release into the gel lacquer film, ensuring durability.

The Top Coat also contains a photo-initiator that eliminates the need for UV or LED light; the photo-initiator reticulates with the oligomer in the Color Coat, curing the formula. Colour collections include: Flawlessly Nude, Love Pink, Street Pastels, Runway Shock, Daily Delights, Mad Mod and Fired Up Metallics. The polishes are available for £9.99 at Boots stores in the UK.
