Salvador Dali has launched a new eau de toilette – La Belle et L’Ocelot (£37 for 50ml). The new women’s fragrance was inspired by the wild cat kept as a pet by Dali.
The scent is said to have a “tender feline sensuality” with a heart of Turkish rose essence, Egyptian jasmine absolute and iris over a base of cedar wood and musk. Top notes include apple blossom, grapefruit and Nashi.
The scent is packaged in a frosted glass bottle finished with a multi-faceted cap. The box features a Ocelot embossed in matte and glossy silver against a rosy background. The metallic greys of the case reflect the overarching style of the Salvador Dali range.
Creator Cécile Matton explained: “For La Belle et L’Ocelot eau de toilette, I wanted to create a pure dose of femininity, both wild and delicate.”
