Spain's Equivalenza says it is "not guilty" of fragrance forgery

Spanish perfume retailer Equivalenza has spoken out about accusations brought against it concerning trademark infringement.

Equivalenza, which manufactures and markets perfumes that are very similar to selective brands but at much lower prices, was accused of forgery on 3 September this year by the judge in charge of Paris’s financial hub, following a complaint by French cosmetics trade body Febea.
