Steiner Leisure acquires The Onboard Spa Company 16-Dec-2010

Steiner Leisure, whose brand portfolio includes Elemis and Bliss, has announced it has agreed to acquire the assets of The Onboard Spa Company, which provides spa services and sells spa products on a number of cruise lines.

Steiner has also commenced serving P&O Cruises in connection with the transaction and is continuing negotiations with other cruise lines served by Onboard.

“We are very excited to have successfully finalised this agreement and look forward to serving this additional segment of the cruise line industry,” said Leonard Fluxman, president and ceo, Steiner.
