New tanning website includes tutorials, features and a blog

Sunkissed has updated its website to showcase its expanded range of products and provide a more engaging experience for consumers.

Created by Manchester-based web design company Sizzle Media, the website allows consumers to shop online while browsing a selection of content including video tutorials, ‘get the look’ features and a blog.

The site also includes information about several new products. Sunkissed recently added two sub-ranges to its collecton: Bronze Professional, a premium range of expert tanning products; and Beautiful Bronze, a collection of colour cosmetics.

The site, found at sunkissedbeauty.co.uk, is accessible from mobile, tablets and laptops, and features UX and UI techniques in order to make user navigation easy and intuitive, according to Sunkissed.

Sunkissed is owned by Rainbow Cosmetics, a family-run business that also owns bath and body gift brand Style & Grace, gifting brand Active Cosmetics and children’s brand Tilly.

Sunkissed was given a publicity boost in 2014 when The Only Way is Essex reality television personality Lucy Mecklenburgh was named as its new Ambassador. At the time, Mecklenburgh said:“I discovered the tanning products shortly after they were launched last year and I’m a huge fan.”

Mecklenburgh worked with Sunkissed to create a limited edition gift collection launched in the same year. This year she was named the face of Barry M.
