You are a dynamic, hard-working problem solver with at least 2 years of professional experience within an operations role, ideally supply chain focussed.
As Supply Chain Assistant, you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager, working alongside them in order to develop solid controls around stock management, demand fluctuations and inventory reduction. It is essential that you have working knowledge of SCM within an FMCG company, ideally Cosmetics or Beauty.
You are highly organised with prior experience managing forecasting and inventory activity in a similar role.
You are commercially aware and understand the part that the operations function plays in the success of the business and its profitability.
You are a strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally.
