You are a dynamic, hard-working problem solver with at least 1-5 years of professional experience within an operations role, ideally supply chain or NPD focussed.
In this role you will be reporting directly to the Brand Development Director and will be managing the entire supply chain and NPD process of retail products from concept through to distribution, including sourcing new suppliers and negotiation.
You require more than just industry knowledge; it is essential that you are passionate about beauty, cosmetics, haircare, and fragrance to be successful in this role.
You are highly organised ideally with prior experience managing forecasting and inventory activity in a similar position.
You are commercially aware and understand the importance of the operations function in the success of the business and its profitability.
You are a strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally.
