Data capture expert Synovate Retail Performance has announced a new partnership with Shenzen-based Firs Technologies, which is hoped to give retailers a greater insight into shopping behaviour in China. The two companies will work together to give retailers and brand owners in the region access to best in class technology and data reporting for stores.
