You are a motivated Senior Cosmetic Chemist or Technical Manager with at least five years of relevant experience within the technical/R&D area of cosmetics manufacturing.
As Technical Manager at this dynamic cosmetics manufacturing company, you will form part of a small team and be responsible both for the creation of new products as well as working alongside the Factory Manager to ensure quality is being achieved and maintained.
You will be responsible for the delivery of new product briefs for clients, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the client brief is satisfied.
You must have a ‘hands on’ approach and have the skills to manage the quality of the products. Ideally, you will have experience managing the ISO22716 standards.
