The US airport beauty services provider will open six new locations across Seattle-Tacoma and Tampa International airports
Terminal Getaway offers treatments away from the airport hustle and bustle
Terminal Getaway Spa, an airport spa company ‘designed with the traveler in mind’, has announced plans to open six new spas within Seattle-Tacoma and Tampa International airports in the US.
The new spas are due to open by mid-2017. Marko Iglendza, CEO and Founder of Terminal Getaway Spa, said he was "thrilled" to bring the concept to two new areas.
"Our goal is to continue to expand nationally," he said. "We're aiming to fill a void in the marketplace as domestic travel rises and airports look to improve their guest experience."
Four Terminal Getaway Spas will open into airsides A, C, E and F at Tampa International as part of the airport’s near $1bn facility expansion.
Meanwhile two other locations will open in terminals A and C of Seattle-Tacoma as part of that airport’s $550m renovation and expansion.
The company already operates five spas in Chicago, Charlotte and Orlando.
