Tria Beauty announces partnership with Douglas

New pan-European retail partnership will launch in over 450 retail stores

Tria Beauty, the light-based skin care company, has announced a new partnership with German beauty retailer Douglas.

The pan-European retail venture will see Tria's full portfolio of products launch through 450 Douglas stores and online shops. Further expansion is expected within a year.

“The European market has seen significant growth in the professional beauty category and is a key growth area for Tria,” said Jessica Clark Finch VP/GM, EMEA. “Tria will leverage our expertise in the professional beauty category to make this new launch with Douglas successful and highly profitable for both companies.”

Nadine Riedweg, Douglas Director Group Purchasing and Category Management, added: “At Douglas we will strongly build and grow the innovative skin care devices category in the beauty retail landscape in Europe. Given Tria’s leadership in the at-home professional skin care market, the company was a natural fit for the Professional Beauty Category launch at Douglas. We further need to differentiate through customer focus and innovation, and look forward to a long and successful partnership with Tria that will open up access for European women to at-home, professional-level skin care for the first time.”
