Five co-located packaging shows will take place 29 February and 1 March

easyFairs packaging and print portfolio – which incorporates five separate packaging shows held on 29 February and 1 March in Birmingham, UK – will feature a greater cosmetics and toiletries offering than ever before, according to organisers.

Among those hosting free-to-attend learnShops will be beauty industry expert Stirling Murray, ceo of The Red Tree, who will explore how packaging can accelerate success in Beauty Packaging – The Glamour and the Glory.

“One of the biggest differentiators in the beauty world is packaging,” comments Murray. “Yet so many marketers and brand managers fail to keep pace with the possibilities. It will be great to have the opportunity to remedy this on the UK’s biggest packaging stage, and lift the lid on what works and why.”

Exhibitors at Packaging Innovations will include M&H Plastics, Lumson, Toly and Chesapeake. The four co-located shows: Contract Pack, Ecopack, Packtech and new expo Print Innovations will also offer visitors the opportunity to liaise with full service manufacturers and labelling companies, as well as those specialising in the supply of sustainable packaging solutions.

The 2012 packaging event will take place in Halls 9 and 10 at the NEC, Birmingham.
