Revlon unit acquires Pure Ice and Bon Bons brands

Funded by $22m of borrowings


A Revlon Inc unit today acquired certain assets of Bari Cosmetics Ltd using approximately $22m of borrowings under its 2011 revolving credit facility and cash on hand.

The company purchased trademarks and other intellectual property related to Pure Ice nail enamel and Bon Bons cosmetics. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
